When I started Unscrew-it! I was in my Entrepreneurship 451 class at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have since made it my main focus and want to share what I have so proudly developed with everyone.

I am very against food and plastic waste. It's something that has been instilled in me since i was a kid - and now I am more determined than ever to be a part of the solution and not the problem. That's when I thought: If only i had an experience that conjoined my love for peanut butter and the environment.

I am so proud of what this brand has accomplished and cannot wait to see what we are going to accomplish moving into the future. If you like peanut butter or not, I hope this company encourages you to become more conscious about the environment and caring about the world we live in.
